Each resident has a care plan individually tailored to meet their needs. The resident and family members are encouraged to be involved with this, firstly on admission and also throughout the residents stay in the home. Staffing Cromwell House provides the level of staff as laid down by the Health Authority to care for 31 residents 24 hours a day. All new staff have an induction period and training is ongoing.

Private bedrooms with en-suite facilities are offered to every resident at Cromwell House. Each room contains an emergency call system which is easily accessible and can attract the attention of staff on duty both day and night.

Cromwell House has beautiful, award-winning gardens with many interesting features such as an ornamental water display, pond, dovecote and shrubbery. A tranquil setting all on one level makes it easy for less mobile residents to be wheeled outside to enjoy fresh air and relaxation. Areas of shade and seating are provided throughout the year.

Cromwell House has beautiful, Cromwell House has its own private laundry, providing clean bed linen and towels to residents on a regular basis. Residents personal laundry is also taken care of.

Family and friends are encouraged to visit regularly and are very welcome here at Cromwell House. Communal areas and gardens are usually the most popular places for gathering but equally residents rooms offer some privacy. There are no strict visiting times.
